Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AreYouNewHere platform by a business ("you," "your account") and its guests submitting feedback through your campaigns.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account and business information at signup
• You're responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for activity under your account
• One account per business; the owner may invite additional users to manage campaigns

Plans & billing

Spark is free, with a limit of 1 active campaign. Paid tiers (the AI add-on and Grow) raise that limit and add AI/outreach features, as described on our pricing page. There is no long-term contract — plan changes are handled by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to update pricing with notice to active paid accounts.

Acceptable use

• Campaigns must collect genuine feedback about a real physical visit or interaction
• You may not use the platform to harvest contact information without a guest's opt-in
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, confidence scoring, or other abuse protections

Your data, your feedback

Feedback, responses, and contact data collected through your campaigns belong to you. We process it to operate the platform and generate AI summaries on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated summaries

Daily and overnight AI summaries are generated automatically from your response data and are provided as a convenience, not professional analysis. Use your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated recommendation.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost business, feedback, or data resulting from downtime, though we take reasonable steps to prevent it.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the survey submission system.
